Women in Welding Competition
The Women in Welding competition celebrates and recognizes professional women who have significantly contributed to the welding industry. This initiative highlights those who have excelled in developing and implementing advanced technologies, equipment, and materials for welding, cutting, surfacing, soldering, heat treatment, quality control, and welder safety.
Competition Objectives
Organized by ITE Group in collaboration with ANO Women in Modern Industries (WIM), the competition aims to:
Honor
the achievements of women in welding and related fields
Encourage
women's leadership in engineering and technical industries
Raise awareness
and inspire more women to pursue careers in welding and engineering.
How to Apply?
Participation is FREE! To enter, submit your application along with: -A mandatory essay -Additional documents (recommendation letters, publications, etc.) Showcase your expertise and leadership in welding—apply now and inspire the next generation of women in engineering.
