This year, female professionals were able to present their achievements in six categories related to various areas of the industry.&nbsp;<h3>National Weldex Welding Cup of Russia</h3><h3>&nbsp;</h3>The championship is held in two main categories: Professional Welder and Student Welder. Participants compete in three categories: manual electric arc welding (MMA), manual non-consumable electrode argon arc welding (TIG) and semi-automatic consumable wire welding (MIG/MAG). Each contestant must complete two stages: a theoretical knowledge test and practical welding test. The jury consists of seasoned professionals who will be able to impartially assess the welding quality according to various criteria, including technique, weld seam quality, compliance with welding procedure and safety.&nbsp;<h3>Best Implemented Innovative Welding Project in 2024-2025</h3><h3>&nbsp;</h3>The main purpose of the contest is to promote home-grown technology, improve the quality and safety of welding processes. The contest was created to identify the best projects implemented by the leaders of welding companies - chief welders and representatives of the technical management team.&nbsp;Industrial sponsor of the exhibition is SKT-SERVICE LLC. The company was founded in 2022 as part of one of Russia's largest vertically integrated full-cycle industrial and metallurgical holdings, Acron Holding Group, and combines the production assets of Pskovelectrosvar and Pskovgeokabel Plants.&nbsp;Weldex and Fastenex 2025 will be held in Moscow, Crocus Expo International Exhibition Centre, Pavilion 1, Hall 4.
