On October 7-10, 2025, the 24th Weldex International Exhibition of Welding Materials, Equipment and Tools and the 3rd Fastenex International Exhibition of Fasteners, Fittings and Tools will be held at the Crocus International Exhibition Centre.
Weldex is the largest International Exhibition for Welding Materials, Equipment and Tools held in Russia since 2001. During this time, it has gained the status of the main venue for manufacturers and suppliers from all over the world, allowing industry players to solve business problems, sign new cooperation agreements and discuss current issues. Fastenex is Russia's only international B2B exhibition of fasteners and tools for subject-matter experts. The event is held in parallel with Weldex in the same hall.
This year's exhibitions will bring together a wide range of professionals: more than 190 participants and more than 7,000 visitors. The geography of participants will cover 27 countries and 76 regions of Russia. The international status of exhibitions has also been acknowledged by such reputable organizations as the World Association of the Exhibition Industry (UFI) and the Russian Union of Exhibitions and Fairs (RUEF).

International Fastenex 2025 Exhibition is held in parallel to attract more professionals from related industries
The main industries of the participants include industrial fasteners and hardware, construction fasteners, furniture fasteners, fasteners for electrical wiring and electrical materials, assembly and installation systems, fittings, consumables (drills, drilling bits, diamond and grinding products), fastener manufacturing equipment, information technology, tooling.

Demonstration of the latest welding, cutting, and soldering technology during workshops at the participants' booths
For the third year in a row, exhibition participants hold workshops at their booths, during which visitors can see different equipment in operation, learn new welding techniques, ask questions to experts and improve their skills. This year, AURORA GROUP, MGT, RUDETRANS, HUGONG, VECTOR GROUP, LASERCUT will take part in the workshops.
Workshops are free of charge for holders of an exhibition ticket.
For four days, subject-matter conferences and trend sessions will be held at Weldex to discuss promising technological solutions, including 3D printing, laser technology, welding and diagnostics of bimetallic pipelines. The business program events will be free of charge for holders of exhibition tickets.
The main plenary session of Weldex 2025 will be focused on the strategy of welding development in modern reality. There will also be panel discussions on personnel training, the use of innovative technology and statistics of the industry. Case studies on the industry digitalization and introduction of robotics in the field of welding technology will be highly valuable.
Three professional contests will be held during the exhibition: the National Weldex Welding Cup of Russia, the Best Implemented Innovative Welding Project in 2024-2025 and Women in Welding.
Over the years, leading engineers, process engineers, chief welders, welding equipment operators, coaches and business leaders, as well as artistic welders have participated in the Women in Welding Contest. This year, female professionals were able to present their achievements in six categories related to various areas of the industry.
The championship is held in two main categories: Professional Welder and Student Welder. Participants compete in three categories: manual electric arc welding (MMA), manual non-consumable electrode argon arc welding (TIG) and semi-automatic consumable wire welding (MIG/MAG). Each contestant must complete two stages: a theoretical knowledge test and practical welding test. The jury consists of seasoned professionals who will be able to impartially assess the welding quality according to various criteria, including technique, weld seam quality, compliance with welding procedure and safety.
The main purpose of the contest is to promote home-grown technology, improve the quality and safety of welding processes. The contest was created to identify the best projects implemented by the leaders of welding companies - chief welders and representatives of the technical management team.

Weldex and Fastenex 2025 will be held in Moscow, Crocus Expo International Exhibition Centre, Pavilion 1, Hall 4. Both exhibitions can be visited with one ticket. No additional registration is required.
