1.5 thousand Russian enterprises will receive support in robotization

The Federal Competence Center (FCC) will help 1,500 Russian enterprises implement robots under the national project "Production and Automation Equipment". The production robotization project lasts two months and begins with diagnostics of the current state of the enterprise and selection of bottlenecks. FCC experts determine the functional requirements for robotics and select the optimal configuration of the robotic complex. In addition, a comprehensive assessment of its economic feasibility is carried out: the current indicators of the production site, the cost of implementing robots and the effect of their use are calculated.

The national project will help replace foreign industrial equipment and create high-quality machines in our country. Over six years, it is necessary to increase independence in the field of domestic production to 95%, ensure Russia's entry into the top 25 in terms of industrial robotization density, and develop over 340 technologies.

Development of Sber, SberMobile and Robot Factory will accelerate the digitalization of industry

Sber, SberMobile and the Chelyabinsk Robot Factory are starting cooperation in the field of digitalization of domestic industrial enterprises. The agreement on this was signed at the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum by Sberbank Vice President, Chairman of the Ural Bank Petr Koltypin, SberMobile CEO Sergey Volkov and the founder of the Robot Factory Andrey Gartung. The document was signed in the presence of Chelyabinsk Region Governor Alexey Teksler on June 19.

The partnership is aimed at joint development and launch of a hardware and software complex for industrial robot control based on the low-code platform of artificial intelligence of things SberMobile AIoT (Artificial Intelligence of Things). The solution will allow any domestic industrial enterprises to accelerate and simplify the implementation of robots in production processes.

Central Design Bureau and Sirius to Develop and Implement Mechanisms for Integrating Industrial Robots into the Manufacturing Processes of Nuclear Power Plant Equipment

The Central Design Bureau of Mechanical Engineering (TsKBM, the Mechanical Engineering Division of Rosatom) and the Sirius University of Science and Technology have signed a cooperation agreement on the development and implementation of mechanisms for integrating industrial robots into the manufacturing processes of equipment for nuclear power plants. Within the framework of the signed document, the parties will cooperate on issues of solving urgent problems for the robotization of the enterprise's production.

The project will involve employees of the mechatronics and robotics laboratory opened at the Central Design Bureau of Mechanical Engineering in 2023, and students and postgraduates of the Mathematical Robotics program at Sirius University. They will develop joint solutions in the field of robotization of the Central Design Bureau of Mechanical Engineering production. In addition, the Rosatom Technical Academy, together with Sirius University, has developed a program of additional professional education for employees of enterprises working in the mechatronics and robotics laboratory at the Central Design Bureau of Mechanical Engineering. The classes will be taught by Sirius researchers.

TSU invents 3D printer for metal products

Scientists and students of Togliatti State University (TSU) are developing a technology that will allow "printing" complex parts for aviation, mechanical engineering and shipbuilding, which will significantly reduce the costs of their production. The project is being implemented on the basis of the advanced engineering school "Hybrid and Combined Technologies" (PISh "HybridTech").

TSU and has already received patents for the invention - that is, official confirmation of the novelty and usefulness of the invention. The project "Plasma welding and surfacing" is dedicated to the creation of additive technology* for layer-by-layer production of parts using arc welding. Students of the PISh "HybridTech" are working on it under the guidance of experienced mentors.
