Applications for participation in the National Welding Championship "Weldex Welding Cup of Russia" 2026 are open

This year, the National Championship will be held again on October 6-9 as part of the Weldex Exhibition of Welding Materials, Equipment and Technologies.

We invite enterprises, organizations and educational institutions interested in the participation of their representatives in the Championship to send applications. This year, you can apply for participation, as well as get acquainted with the current information on the page of the National Championship

The Weldex Welding Cup of Russia championship is held in two categories:

• "Professional welder" (working at enterprises of any form of ownership in any branches of production, having a valid certificate for the profession of welder);

• "Student-welder" (students of secondary and higher educational institutions studying the professions of a welder and a welding engineer).

There are 4 nominations for each category:

• Manual electric arc welding (MMA);

   

• Manual TIG welding with a non-consumable electrode in a protective gas environment (TIG);

   

• Semi-automatic welding with consumable wire in a shielding gas environment (MIG/MAG);

   

• Laser beam welding (LBW).

   

The championship is held by ITE Group together with the Moscow Inter-Industry Alliance of Chief Welders (MMAGS) and ELSVAR Firm.
